Leti is a major player in French research dedicated to technologies and applications of micro-nanoelectronics and their transfer to industry.

Leti's diverse range of research themes and its mission to develop industry through technology transfer have made it an active partner in joint research projects in France and Europe.

Leti is involved in multiple state-funded projects


Leti is a major player in French research dedicated to technologies and applications of micro-nanoelectronics and their transfer to industry.

Leti's diverse range of research themes and its mission to develop industry through technology transfer have made it an active partner in joint research projects in France and Europe.

It participates in numerous projects supported by funding from French and European public institutions via their calls for projects and funding windows. Specifically, Leti has been, or is currently, co-financed as part of the following projects:

  • Strategic R&D projects funded by the French government and territorial collectivities: Nano2008, Nano2012, Nano2017

    • Projects resulting from calls for projects for Nanoelectronics and Generic Bricks for Embedded Software

  • Carnot funding
