​Hybrid perovskite materials for visible and X-ray detection​

Hybrid perovskites have the specificities to be deposited by solution process in solvents, and to have
high degree of order through their crystalline forms. As a consequence, electrical and optical performances are
mainly driven by the way the material will self-organize.
Thus, the training student will take in charge the fabrication and characterizations of perovskite layers
dedicated for photodetector devices. Student will have to develop techniques to control the crystallinity of
solution-processed perovskite layers. The layers morphologies will be studied by X-ray diffraction at CEA
facilities.
