L'Oréal-Unesco grant for Farsane Tabataba-Vakili


​Farsane Tabataba-Vakili is one of the 30 recipients (amongst about 900 candidates) of the 2018 edition of the l'Oréal-Unesco grants for women in science. These grants reward young female researchers during their PhD or a Post-Doc for their scientific achievements in order to promote careers of women in science.

Farsane is doing her PhD at CNRS-C2N and INAC with a grant from labex GaNex. Her research topic is on the fabrication and characterization of GaN based microlasers and their integration in photonic circuits.
