The CEA to attend the Nano 2009 international conference in Riyadh
The CEA will be taking part in the "Nano 2009" international conference organised by King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 5-7 April 2009.
It will take this opportunity to present its collaborative work with the university in the field of nanotechnology applied to fuel cells.
The CEA will address the subject of "Why fuel cells need nanotechnology". Nicolas Bardy of CEA LITEN will present the activities carried out as part of the cooperation between LITEN and King Saud University. This cooperation began in March 2008 and focuses on the use of nanotechnology as applied to fuel cell cores. The aim is to reduce the amount of platinum catalyst required while improving fuel cell performance.
