Enhanced Eurotalents (2014 - 2018), co-funded by the European Commission and managed by CEA, aims at fostering international mobility of researchers at post-doctoral level and more, by offering fellowships from 12 to 36 months (ending by 31st December, 2018). 
These fellowships are funded as follows: 40% by​ the European Commission and 60% by the CEA host laboratory.

The applications are assessed in four research fields: Energy, Environment and Climate Change (E2C2), Key Enabling Technologies (KET), Life Sciences and Biotechnology (LSB) and High Energy Physics, High Energy Density Physics and Physics of the Universe​ (HEPPU). 

Two types of ​fellowships are available:

• Researchers who want to carry out a research project in a CEA laboratory
  To be eligible, the applicant shall not have resided in France more than 12 months during the three years prior to the submission of the research project. For this mobility scheme, called Incoming CEA Fellowship (ICF), three selection sessions are organised yearly.
  
  The next cut-off dates to submit a research project are: 30^th September 2017.
  
  
• CEA researchers who have a mobility project in a host laboratory outside France
  
  For this mobility scheme, called Outgoing CEA Fellowships (OCF), one selection session is organised yearly. 
  
  The next cut-off date to submit a research project is: 30^th September 2017.
