The Model definition documents of each of the supported model levels, together with a model implementation in Verilog-A, can be found at the corresponding Releases pages:

CEA-LETI supports releases of compact models in the form of Verilog-A(MS) Source Code.

Verilog-A Language Reference Manual 2.2 is published in 2004 by Accellera.

C code implementation

PSP is implemented in C code e.g. as part of the SiMKit library, which supports interfaces to Spectre and ADS.
