Inhibition of dependent p53 cell survival by an aptamer peptide selected by genetic screening targeting the protein kinase CK2

As part of anti-proliferative therapies, a team at our institute has developed a genetic screening of  aptamer peptides in order to identify interactors of the regulatory subunit ß of the protein kinase CK2. This subunit is involved in the regulation of many cellular processes such as homeostasis between proliferation and cell death.​​
