Research Activities

His research on innovative materials and devices for flexible electronics primarily addresses three complementary topics:

- Flexible oxide semiconductors and, specifically, the integration and characterization of thin films for flexible electronics applications;

- Flexible ferroelectricity, with the integration of ferroelectric materials on flexible substrates for the development of piezoelectric and low-voltage devices;

- Printed antennas, with a focus on the design and manufacturing of RF structures on flexible substrates for embedded systems and IoT (Internet of Things) devices;

The purpose of this research is to enable the development of advanced electronics that are both lightweight and deformable.
