Sylvain Lespinats is a research engineer at the CEA. 

With a PhD in biomathematics, he obtained his accreditation to supervise research (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, or HDR) at Grenoble Alpes University's Doctoral School for Mathematics, Information Science and Technology, and Computing.
