Guillaume SAVELLI

Dr. Hab.

Senior Expert

Guillaume Savelli graduated from engineering school ENSICAEN with a degree in microelectronics in 2003. He earned his PhD in electrical engineering from Grenoble Alpes University in 2007.

He joined CEA-Liten in 2007, where he is currently in charge of thermoelectricity research. He was granted accreditation to supervise research (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, or HDR) at Grenoble Alpes University in 2016. In 2022, he was appointed CEA Senior Expert in nanostructured materials and thermoelectricity.

He has co-supervised seven PhD and postdoctoral students, filed more than 35 patents, and published more than 20 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. Finally, he has coordinated more than ten national and international industrial and institutional research projects.
