Research interests
• Semiconductor spintronics: hybrid ferromagnet/semiconductor systems, group IV ferromagnetic semiconductors, spin injection and generation of spin currents in silicon and germanium. Spin-orbit effects at Ge(111) and Si(111) interfaces.
• 2D sintronics in transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) and topological insulators. Large area growth of TMDs by van der Waals epitaxy.
• MgO-based magnetic tunnel junctions and perpendicular anisotropy materials
• Magnetic nanoparticles
