Registration :
To attend the meeting, registration is mandatory, but free.
Please specify if you want to attend, present a poster or deliver a 15 minutes-talk.
A prize will be awarded to the best talk, and poster, and additional information about this can be found below as well.
Registration to Doc & Post-Doc Day is open to PhD students and post-docs.
PhD students & post-docs who would like to present their work at the conference can choose to either give a 15-minute talk or present a poster during the abstract submission process.
If you wish to give a talk, please check 'Yes' button for “ Talk" during the registration process. if you prefer present a poster, please check 'Yes' button for“ Poster" during the registration process.
If you are selected for a talk, you will be contacted mid-september. At that time, you will be informed if you have been selected to give a short talk or present a poster.
All the scientific information you submit must be non-confidential.
About the short talk : your presentation must be in English, and you will have 15 minutes to present followed by 5 minutes for audience questions. You are allowed to use a PowerPoint presentation, and we will ask you to send us your slides before the conference.
About the Poster format : Format A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) /in the vertical format
