Bruno ROBISSON
Dr. Hab.
Senior Expert
Bruno Robisson earned his PhD in AI from the University of Paris VI in 2001 and obtained his accreditation to supervise research (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, or
HDR) in computer science. His research focuses on the integration of renewable energy into the grid and the interactions between renewable energy and electric vehicles. Specifically, he has developed advanced control algorithms to co-optimize revenue from photovoltaic power plants on the energy and related services markets. He has also completed an in-depth analysis of European electricity market data and led a project to recharge a fleet of electric vehicles using solar energy. He previously led a research group of 30 people focusing on side-channel and fault attacks and secure cryptographic hardware development. Additionally, he has coordinated and contributed to government-funded research projects at the French and European levels. His PhD supervision experience spans seven dissertations on physical security and one on electricity market modeling. He is currently supervising two PhDs in the field of smart charging for electric vehicles.
