By associating combinatorial chemistry and equipment of high-speed biological screening, the team is interested in the discovery and optimization of new bio-active molecules. The team is involved in several projects carried out in the context of various collaborations, with potential applications in medicine and the fight against biological risk.
Our team is devoted to the synthesis of biologically active compounds (antioxidants compounds, antibiotics) and tools for biological studies (Imaging, complexation of cations, complexation of anions, synthetic multivalent platforms). The properties of the prepared compounds are evaluated in collaboration with biologists from the CEA or other research agencies. New synthetic methods are developed to carry out these projects.
L'équipe se consacre à la synthèse de composés biologiquement actifs (composés antioxydants, antibiotiques) et d’outils pour des études biologiques (imagerie, complexation de cations, complexation d’anions, plateformes synthétiques multivalentes).
