Des chercheurs du SIMoS (DMTS) ont contribué à la caractérisation d’un nanocorps (VHH) conçu par des scientifiques de l'Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle de Montpellier. Ils ont réalisé le marquage au tritium et le suivi de la biodistribution de ce VHH, capable d’activer spécifiquement un récepteur au glutamate impliqué dans la schizophrénie. Ces travaux ont été publiés dans Nature.

Researchers from SIMoS (DMTS) contributed to the characterization of a nanobody (VHH) designed by scientists at the Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle in Montpellier. They performed tritium labeling and biodistribution tracking of this VHH, which can specifically activate a glutamate receptor involved in schizophrenia. This work was published in Nature.
