Le 20 février, l’IRM clinique bas-champ corps entier de BioMaps a été inauguré au SHFJ au cours d’une matinée qui a rassemblé les principaux contributeurs et utilisateurs de ce nouveau système d’imagerie qui vient accroître les capacités technologiques et scientifiques du SHFJ.
In addition to its flow cytometers, the laboratory "FlowCyTech" of IDMIT is endowed with a mass-cytometer (Helios) which exploits the rare metals instead of the fluorescence. This allows to analyze simultaneously the expression of more than 40 cell markers.
The research programs of the laboratory "Immunity and Transmission" (LIT) of the Department IDMIT on the site of CEA-FAR/I. JACOB, concern the study of interactions/relationships between host and infectious pathogens (viruses, bacteria, parasites...).
The “Viral Infection Control” Laboratory (CoVir) is interested in understanding the mechanisms leading to the persistence of infectious pathogens in patients in the case of the AIDS virus (HIV) and its Simien equivalent (SIV).
For its part, the laboratory/technology platform "Imaging of Infection and Immunity” (L3i) studies the dynamics of transmission and dissemination of pathogens, the dynamics of the response of the host to the infection and the distribution and impact of treatments.
