How to get to NeuroSpin?

By car



  • From Porte de Saint-Cloud: direction Pont de Sevres, then N118: exit "Saclay" then head towards St Aubin (don't go towards Chateaufort). At the first roundabout turn right and immediately left (do not pass the barrier), then follow the signs to NeuroSpin.
  • From Porte d'Orleans: A6, then A10 towards Bordeaux. Still going south on A10 you will see a sign for Versailles, Palaiseau, when on the N444 follow the sign for Saclay (don't go to Saclay Village) at a big roundabout called Christ de Saclay head towards St Aubin (don't go towards Chateaufort). At the first round about turn right and immediately left (do not pass the barrier), then follow the signs to NeuroSpin.​
By train


  1. RER B, stop “Massy Palaiseau”. Take bus line 4606 toward Christ de Saclay.
  2. ​RER B, stop “Le Guichet”. When leaving the platform, turn right and cross the street. On your right, you will find a staircase leading down to the bus station. Take bus line 4609 toward Christ de Saclay.

Whichever bus you take, there are two possible stops:

  • “Mare du Vivier CEA Porte Sud” stop (the closest to NeuroSpin): once you have passed the CEA entrance, the NeuroSpin building will be on your right. Walk along it on its right side.

  • “Raoul Dautry CEA Porte Est” stop: once you have passed through the CEA gate, take the first sidewalk to the left of the roundabout. At the end of the sidewalk, continue along a pedestrian path that runs past the INSTN, the restaurant, and then NeuroPSI (all on your right). NeuroSpin is the glass-and-metal building facing NeuroPSI.

Approximate travel time by public transport from Denfert: about 1 hour 15 minutes.
