CEA Tech’s electronics research focuses on component miniaturization and advanced CMOS technologies like FDSOI and nanowires, as well as density-enhancing 3D circuits. CEA Tech is also developing complex products like non-volatile memory, power components, MEMS and NEMS switches and sensors, and RF technologies for 5G communications networks. Finally, CEA Tech is paving the way for future advances through research on quantum electronics and new computing paradigms like neuromorphic architectures, for example.
