CEA-Leti will participate in EuCNC & 6G Summit 2026 through a broad portfolio of demonstrations, workshops, and scientific contributions showcasing its latest research and innovation in future communication systems. Through contributions to European and national collaborative projects, CEA-Leti will present advances in distributed MIMO, semantic communications, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), AI-native networking, sustainability for 6G, and sub-THz technologies. Participants will discover concrete technology demonstrators and real-world use cases for Industry 4.0, intelligent sensing, robotics, and future wireless infrastructures, while gaining insights into emerging 6G architectures, energy-efficient networks, and the technologies shaping next-generation connectivity.
COME AND MEET CEA-LETI'S EXPERTS
This year, CEA-Leti will exhibit projects results in several booths.
- The booth
‘Future Networks French Research Programme’(Main Hall, booths n°77,78,79) aims to showcase cutting-edge advancements in 6G wireless communications, industrial IoT, and high-frequency technologies. In the dynamic of the national ‘France Relance’ recovery plan, the government opted to support R&D through a Priority Research Programme and Equipment (PEPR) on 5G, 6G and Networks of the Future. Within the eight different demos showcased in this booth, the demonstration ‘Ultra-Reliable Industrial Connectivity: Demonstration of a DECT-NR Distributed MIMO System in the FR3 Band’ presents a Distributed MIMO (Cell-Free) solution designed by CEA-Leti to guarantee high Quality of Service (QoS) in dense industrial environments. Through a "Hardware-in-the-Loop" approach, this demonstrator showcases the expertise developed by CEA-Leti for the deployment of distributed MIMO networks tailored for Industry 4.0.
- In the booth 'From Semantic Communications to Infrastructure-Assisted Perception: Demonstrating DISAC for Future 6G Systems'(Hall 2, booth n°11), the 6G-DISAC project will showcase key technologies of Distributed Intelligent Sensing and Communication (DISAC) through two complementary use cases: a real-time semantic communication testbed based on software-defined radios (realised in collaboration with CEA-Leti) and an infrastructure-assisted parking scenario, where distributed sensing enhances driver awareness beyond onboard vehicle sensors.
- The 6G-GOALS project will present the booth 'Goal-Oriented Communication in Action: Semantic-based Image Transmission and Robotic Collaboration in future 6G networks' (Hall 2, booths n°59,60), featuring two complementary demos to experimentally validate semantic communication in realistic environments. The first demo demonstrates Deep Joint Source-Channel Coding (DjSCC) for real-time image transmission using USRPs and LimeSDRs, and the second demo presents a robotic scenario where semantic communication supports sensor data processing and task execution. CEA-Leti coordinates 6G-DISAC and 6G-GOALS projects and is leading the organization of both exhibitions.
- Finally, CEA-Leti will exhibit a demonstration at the TERRAMETA project stand
(Hall 2, booths n°9,10), featuring a D-band link with Intracom BBUs, a Factory 2.0 use case (robot and remote reconstruction of the 3D environment), and a link based on RIS developed by CEA-Leti in collaboration with project partners.
