What do we present?
Four presentations will be given on the topic of micro-LEDs:

Performance of blue and green micro-LEDs depending on their size on 200 mm Si;

Blue+Green emission by successive epitaxies on 200 mm Si;

Red emitting InGaN nanopyramids grown on 2D material;

Blue Semipolar micro-LEDs on Si based substrate.
Another presentation will be given on the topic of the localized growth of GaN on 200 mm Si for power electronics.
