This team ensured the operational development of a simple, inexpensive, quick test, usable "at the bedside", on the field, without laboratory equipment or electricity source. The work has been done in three months, in the heart of the Ebola crisis in 2014. Awarded by the French High Committee for Civil Defense, these trophies aim to reward every 2 years the best actions and public or private initiatives contributing to improving societal resilience, security, protection of the populations and business continuity, in front of the major risks and threats.

It rewards a technological innovation that have enabled or that will soon strengthen the safety and protection of populations in front of risks or major threats, allowing its detection, neutralization or mitigation.
