The cell offers a service of design and manufacturing of any mechanical set from a specification established by its customers. It is equipped with the full range of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to draw up machining plans and program numerically controlled machining equipment.

For the manufacturing of the prototypes, the cell is equipped with portable tools, machining centers with manual control (lathe, milling machine, folding machine, band saw, column drills) or with numerical control (lathe, milling machine), as well as a set of FormLab printers allowing the realization of any part in polymer resin by 3D printing.
