Located a few kilometres from Paris, the nine platforms of the Department of Cellular and Molecular Radiobiology (DRCM) offer a range of cutting-edge technological resources and equipment for tackling a variety of research topics in biology, health and the environment.

The DRCM platforms offer a unique range of services in support of a centre of excellence in radiobiology for the research and analysis of new radiosensitising molecules for use in radiotherapy and/or radioprotective molecules for healthy tissue.

Open to the entire scientific community, their presence on a single site allows them to offer a continuum of complementary services and cross-disciplinary interactions to carry out large-scale research projects, from detailed molecular analysis to animal studies, including functional and cellular studies.

The DRCM platforms combine the expertise of 17 engineers/researchers and technicians to offer high-quality services/collaborations and develop innovative methodological approaches. Some of the high-tech equipment on these platforms can also be used independently by trained users.
