The IT and Bioinformatics Laboratory of the National Center of Human Genomics Research (CNRGH) has the mission of providing bioinformatics and analytical support for exploitation of the data generated by the massive data acquisition technologies in genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics. The Laboratory is staffed by engineers/researchers who contribute to the projects by providing expertise in modeling, IT development, bioinformatics and biostatistics. In the implementation of the Laboratory's missions, it works in very close cooperation with the various laboratories of the CNRGH:  Biological Resources, Epigenetics and Environment, High-Throughput, Intermediate-Low Throughput and the Scientific IT Laboratory of the IG.
