The “FlowCyTech” (LFC) technological laboratory of IDMIT department focuses its activities on studying the immune response at the single-cell level, using flow and mass cytometry technologies. These technologies enable a better understanding of the complexity of the immune response by revealing the existence of new cell populations and helping to discover new biomarkers.
The laboratory’s main missions are:
Design and development of cytometry panels
Conduct of in vitro studies involving cytometry within the Department’s research projects
Development of new data analysis pipelines
Training users of the equipment in data acquisition and analysis
Bibliographic and technological monitoring in cytometry
The FlowCyTech laboratory is a partner of the national network of the French Cytometry Association (AFC) and the CypSay cytometry network of Paris-Saclay University.
