On March 6th 2025, at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, the CEA officially launched its “Audace!” program, featuring 10 highly exploratory research projects. Among them is the “Enhanced Lungs” project, coordinated by IDMIT Department of the Institute.
Two young researchers from IDMIT Department received first prizes for oral presentations at the 27th Annual Congress of the French Cytometry Association and at the 8th German Mass Cytometry User Forum.

The FRATHEA project (Flash Radiation Therapy Electron Acceleration), launched by Institut Curie in collaboration with CEA, aims to harness very high-energy electrons (VHEE) and the Flash effect to push the boundaries of radiotherapy.
SRHI (Hematology and Immunology Research Department) has been awarded with INSERM label status and, as of January 1, joined INSERM unit UMR1342, headed by Professor Jean Soulier (Professor of Hematology and Hospital Practitioner) at Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris.
